Accountabilities:
- Define, prioritize, and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives and Open Finance strategies.
- Lead the evolution of products related to Account Holding journeys, including consent management, transaction data sharing, balances, statements, and inbound/outbound data flows.
- Drive the development and optimization of payment products, including payment initiation services and Pix-related solutions within the Open Finance ecosystem.
- Translate business requirements, customer needs, and regulatory obligations into clear user stories and actionable requirements for engineering teams.
- Monitor regulatory developments and ensure ongoing compliance with Open Finance governance frameworks and Central Bank regulations.
- Establish, track, and analyze product performance metrics, including API response times, transaction volumes, and consent conversion rates.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, architecture, business, and leadership teams to deliver innovative and high-performing financial products.
- Promote continuous product improvement through data-driven decision-making and customer feedback analysis.
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager within fintech, banking, payment, or financial services environments.
- Deep understanding of the Open Finance ecosystem in Brazil, including regulations, consent frameworks, security requirements, and operational models.
- Hands-on experience with products related to Account Holding, account data sharing, transaction history, balances, statements, and/or payment initiation services.
- Solid technical understanding of RESTful APIs, OAuth2, FAPI standards, and data security practices, including LGPD compliance.
- Experience working with Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical teams and senior business stakeholders effectively.
- Experience using analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, or GA4, along with task management platforms such as Businessmap, Jira, or Confluence.
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to define KPIs and translate insights into product enhancements.
- Advanced knowledge of Pix products and functionalities, including Pix Automático and Pix Agendado.
- Participation in Open Finance governance working groups or industry committees.
- Experience in highly regulated financial environments and large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
