Accountabilities:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, dependencies, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and stakeholder expectations.
- Lead project kickoffs, status meetings, strategic reviews, and post-project assessments to ensure consistent execution.
- Track project progress, deliverables, and strategic milestones using project management tools and reporting frameworks.
- Partner with executive leadership to translate strategic priorities into actionable plans with clear ownership and measurable outcomes.
- Support cloud technology initiatives and software growth projects by coordinating product, engineering, operations, finance, and commercial teams.
- Monitor execution against strategic objectives, identify gaps, and drive corrective actions to maintain progress.
- Manage project budgets, forecasts, expenses, and financial reporting while ensuring alignment with approved plans.
- Prepare executive dashboards, presentations, and reports highlighting progress, risks, opportunities, and business impact.
- Act as the central communication point between technical and non-technical stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies while developing mitigation strategies and facilitating timely resolution.
- Leverage AI-powered tools and workflows to improve project planning, tracking, delivery efficiency, and technology commercialization efforts.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by refining project management processes, tools, and best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience managing cloud, software development, or technical projects.
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience using AI tools and workflows to accelerate project planning, execution, tracking, and technology commercialization.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, cloud technologies, and technical project delivery processes.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously while maintaining priorities and deadlines.
- Experience managing project budgets, financial tracking, and performance reporting.
- Excellent communication, presentation, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to understand technical software concepts and communicate effectively with engineering teams.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, Asana, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- PMP certification or similar project management qualification is considered an asset.
- Experience in healthcare technology, foodservice operations, or nutrition management software is an advantage.
- MBA or equivalent experience translating technical initiatives into business strategy is considered a strong asset.
