Technical Support Representative - Security Analyst

Our culture of growth and empathy focuses on your long-term career development while valuing your unique skills and experiences. **Your role and responsibilities** * Ensure security controls align with organizational policies and regulatory requirements. * Support internal and external audits. * Maintain operational documentation, SOPs, and runbooks. * Assist in implementing security best practices and hardening recommendations. * Monitor security events and alerts generated from various security tools. * Perform initial analysis, triage, and investigation of security incidents. * Escalate incidents based on severity and business impact. **Required technical and professional expertise** * Security Operations Center (SOC) processes * Incident Response * Security Monitoring **Preferred technical and professional experience** • Proficiency in Industry Trends: Awareness of evolving cybersecurity threats and industry trends, staying up-to-date with the latest security threats and technologies. • Familiarity with Negotiation Techniques: Exposure to negotiation techniques to achieve consensus and alignment among stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and exchange of information. • Knowledge of Emerging Threats: Experience working with emerging threats and technologies, recommending enhancements to technical procedures to address security incidents and vulnerabilities.
