Ni2 Health is actively recruiting a Senior Billing Specialist to join our Billing Team as a Team Lead. The ideal candidate is action oriented and looking to learn and grow with Ni2 to advance within the organization. The Hospital Billing Team Lead will:Lead and oversee the billing operations within the revenue cycle management process Ensure accurate and timely billing for services rendered Develop and implement strategies to optimize billing efficiency and revenue capture Monitor and analyze billing performance metrics and indicators Provide training, coaching, and mentorship to billing staff Other duties as assignedAbout the Role: The Hospital Billing Team Lead supports the department in various functions, including leading and overseeing billing operations within the onshore revenue cycle management process. This role is critical in ensuring accurate and compliant billing to realize revenue and drive financial performance. Position is remote. Minimum Job Requirements 5 years of hospital and physician claims follow-up and denials management1 year of team coordination experienceProficiency with hospital EMRs: Cerner, Epic, McKesson, CPSI, Meditech, etc.Proficiency with various billing systems: Waystar, SSI, Quadax, Availity, etc.Proficiency with Medicare DDE systemProficiency in MS Excel and MS OutlookExcellent written and oral communication skillsExcellent organizational, time management, and interpersonal skillsCompensation Package Hourly wage based on experienceFull benefits to include 401k with company match, progressive PTO policy with paid holidays
