Hospital Billing Team Lead Remote Full Time Billing Experienced Share Ni2 Health is actively recruiting a Senior Billing Specialist to join our Billing Team as a Team Lead. The ideal candidate is action oriented and looking to learn and grow with Ni2 to advance within the organization. The Hospital Billing Team Lead will:Lead and oversee the billing operations within the revenue cycle management process Ensure accurate and timely billing for services rendered Develop and implement strategies to optimize billing efficiency and revenue capture Monitor and analyze billing performance metrics and indicators Provide training, coaching, and mentorship to billing staff Other duties as assignedAbout the Role: The Hospital Billing Team Lead supports the department in various functions, including leading and overseeing billing operations within the onshore revenue cycle management process. This role is critical in ensuring accurate and compliant billing to realize revenue and drive financial performance.
