Job Description: India Marcom Lead Specialist (P4)

Location: Bangalore, India

Department: APGC Marcom Team

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced India Marcom Lead Specialist based in Bangalore to own end-to-end marketing communications programs for the India market. This person leads integrated demand generation, driving campaign planning, execution, performance review, and optimization. This role will also support India PR programs and channel events where needed.   Working closely with India sales, India channel marketing, regional marcom, and global stakeholders, this person will translate business priorities into focused, locally relevant marketing plans, make sound tradeoff decisions across competing requests, and strengthen ADI’s market presence in India while ensuring execution aligns with ADI compliance and global guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

India Marcom Program Planning, Execution, and Review

  • Own the end-to-end marcom program cycle for India including planning, budgeting, execution, and performance review, and optimization.
  • Translating ADI business needs into clear, actionable, and locally relevant marketing plans with strong judgment across objectives, target audience, messaging, channel mix, timeline, and KPIs.
  • Evaluate competing requests and priorities, making sound tradeoff decisions and recommending alternatives that align with business goals and available resources.
  • Ensure all program execution follows ADI compliance requirements, including approvals, vendor and SOW processes, and documentation.

Integrated Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Demand Generation

  • Lead India’s integrated marketing communications strategy in alignment with India sales priorities and broader regional objectives.
  • Manage end‑to‑end demand generation programs, including webinars, tradeshows, seminars, paid search, WhatsApp program, and technical content campaigns, to drive active contacts and qualified leads.
  • Plan and execute India‑based events, including ADI‑hosted seminars, workshops, Tech Days, and major tradeshows, with full ownership of on‑site support and post‑event lead follow‑up.
  • Monitor program performance and recommend improvements to increase efficiency, effectiveness, and business impact.

Public Relations (PR)

  • Support India-based PR activities and events where needed, in coordination with relevant regional or corporate stakeholders.

Channel Collaboration

  • Partner with the regional channel marketing lead in Singapore to support India-based initiatives and partner programs.
  • Drive effective integration between marcom and distributor programs to improve reach, consistency, and business impact.
  • Support India channel partners with relevant marketing assets, co-marketing campaigns, and enablement initiatives.

 Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with the India sales team to understand business priorities and translate them into focused   marketing support.
  • Influence stakeholders across functions to align on priorities, timelines, and execution plans in a highly matrixed environment.
  • Partner with regional marketing teams to ensure consistency, share resources,  and scale effective practices across markets.
  • Provide India market insights, campaign learnings, and competitor intelligence to inform strategy refinement and decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields.
  • 8+ years of marketing communications experience in agency for in-house environment, preferably in in semiconductor, electronics, or B2B high‑tech industries.
  •  Strong understanding of semiconductor marketing practices, including solution‑led promotion, application‑driven campaigns, technical content marketing, and partner‑based programs.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute integrated marketing programs aligned with business priorities and measurable outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, apply sound business judgment, and manage multiple priorities with limited direction.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influence skills, with the ability to work effectively across a highly matrixed, global organization.
  • Ability to assess stakeholder requests, set priorities, and recommend practical alternatives that balance business needs with marketing strategy and resources.
  • Proven ability to develop high-quality marketing contents, including campaign messaging, landing page copy, and event promotions.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools, campaign reporting, and event management.
  • Detail oriented, Adaptable, and proactive, with a continuous learning mindset.
