**Job Description Summary**
The Material Health Leader helps turn production plans into work that can actually be delivered. This person makes sure materials, capacity, and priorities are aligned across the full bill of materials, including spares and upgrades, so the team can meet customer needs and keep production moving.
Working closely with the Value Stream Leader and partner teams, this role helps build practical production and inventory plans, tackles constraints before they become bigger problems, and keeps a close focus on aging work in process and material review board items. The Material Health Leader also improves how materials are managed and presented on the shop floor, supports engineering changes, and helps the team strengthen daily ways of working.
