As a dedicated Java Full Stack Engineer, you will join a dynamic, startup-minded team within the Investment Experience Technology organisation to design and implement high-impact solutions. You will collaborate with a strong team to deliver scalable, high-quality software for a new investment services platform.What You'll Be DoingDesign, develop, code, and test complex technical solutions for a modern investment platform.Investigate and resolve complex application and system technical problems through advanced troubleshooting.Improve operations by conducting systems analysis and recommending changes to policies and procedures.Prepare and install complex solutions by determining system specifications, standards, and programming.Mentor junior engineers and participate in peer code reviews to ensure high-quality delivery.What We're Looking ForAt least 4 years of software development experience with a depth of technical understanding in specific disciplines.2 years of experience delivering technology solutions across all phases of the software development lifecycle.Proficiency in Java full-stack development, including enterprise applications, batch processing, and Groovy.Strong experience in API design and containerisation using Spring Boot and Docker.A solid understanding of cloud technologies and the ability to articulate technical challenges and solutions.What's On OfferOpportunity to work with a modern tech stack including Go, Java, APIs, and OpenShift.A mission-driven culture that values honesty, integrity, loyalty, and service.The chance to build next-generation investment tools for financial advisors and members.Apply via Hyra to be considered for this opportunity.
