Accountabilities:

    • Design and implement scalable data architectures, including cloud data warehouses, customer data platforms (CDPs), and integrated marketing technology ecosystems.
    • Build, maintain, and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines, data transformations, and event collection systems to support analytics, attribution, and customer activation initiatives.
    • Develop data models, identity resolution strategies, and governance frameworks that improve data quality, reliability, and business outcomes.
    • Integrate CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, messaging systems, analytics platforms, and media data sources into unified data environments.
    • Enable audience activation and lifecycle marketing through Reverse ETL solutions and operational data workflows.
    • Prepare and structure data foundations for AI-powered applications, intelligent automation, analytics assistants, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) use cases.
    • Partner directly with clients to gather requirements, present technical strategies, communicate architectural decisions, and provide trusted guidance throughout project delivery.
    • Contribute reusable frameworks, methodologies, and best practices that strengthen internal capabilities and accelerate future engagements.
    • Requirements

      • 6+ years of hands-on experience in data engineering within production environments, with a strong interest in transitioning into a strategic consulting role.
      • At least 2 years of agency or consulting experience working directly with external stakeholders and client teams.
      • Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL, with proven expertise in developing and managing production-grade pipelines and data models.
      • Hands-on experience with modern cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift, as well as transformation tools like dbt.
      • Strong understanding of CDPs, event collection systems, orchestration platforms (e.g., Airflow, Dagster), and large-scale data integrations.
      • Experience integrating CRM, marketing automation, and engagement platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Braze, Iterable, or similar technologies.
      • Knowledge of Reverse ETL platforms, web analytics frameworks, attribution models, and marketing measurement methodologies.
      • Familiarity with AI-powered development workflows, coding assistants, intelligent agents, automation tools, and AI-enabled data solutions.
      • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and business audiences.
      • Strong problem-solving capabilities, adaptability, documentation skills, and a collaborative mindset in cross-functional environments.
