The Project Coordinator is responsible for making sure the day-to-day activity and tasks are taken care of, so the Project Manager can focus on high-level strategic issues and work to solve any problems that arise as the project progresses. You are action-oriented, resourceful, and approachable while also having the ability to influence and lead significant change.  This position is a hybrid role based out of the the manufacturing facilities in Cypress reporting to the program manager of the R&D and production facilities.  Key Responsibilities: Develop the project scope(s) in-depth to schedule deliverables, estimate costs, and create execution plan and baselines.Evaluate potential problems and work with R&D / Production managers to develop solutionsNegotiate with vendors, subcontractors and internal customers on scope changes, cost adders, and any variance to the original project scope. Ability to work and succeed in a high degree of uncertainty and complex interactions.Issuance and management of document transmittals and other project related queries Manage project related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly filed and storedMaintain effective communication with engineering, procurement, construction, quality and commissioning to ensure activity completion and reportingLead resolution of technical specifications and contract issues with suppliers and end-usersIdentifies risks in projects and applies techniques to assess and mitigate the risks using the help and support from project sponsors. Participates in project risk reviews and appropriate mitigation planning.  Requirements Basic (Required) Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree or Related Experience Minimum 2 years’ experience in a relevant roleMinimum 1 years technical field experience; specifically with energy & technologyExcellent interpersonal, organizational, presentation, and project management skills related to prioritizing and executing timely deliverables within timeline, scope, and budgetThe ability to understand business needs to drive buy-in among company leaders to enable transformation and advance strategic priorities while building rapport and fostering a collaborative working environmentProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams), with the ability to build structured trackers, and reportsExperience with Microsoft Business Central or...
