Role responsibilities

As a Fixed Income Director, you will lead six team managers and the Trade Support team manager, focusing on growth, leadership, and innovation. You will champion client goals and ensure effective team performance and collaboration.

Requirements

Candidates must have a minimum of 10 years in sales and/or service leadership within financial services, along with active FINRA securities licenses. Strong interpersonal skills and a proven ability to build and develop high-performing teams are essential.
