What you’ll do  The Service Readiness Team manages the demand pipeline for Business Operations, shaping strategic decisions and championing front-line operations across portfolio syncs, agile delivery squads, and IT infrastructure. In this role, you’ll integrate our Service estate planning and readiness to support Vodafone’s 2030 strategy, driving stable realization of our Signature Experience across key technology changes like ServiceNow. You will lead end-to-end planning, demand management, and operational readiness across Core Desk, Billing, Collections, and Enhanced Desk.
