Accountabilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop team members by conducting interviews, onboarding new hires, providing ongoing feedback, and managing performance reviews.
- Ensure programs are implemented, maintained, and modified according to established policies, procedures, compliance requirements, and quality standards.
- Oversee operational workflows, monitor turnaround times, and provide guidance to ensure consistent and accurate execution.
- Partner with training and quality teams to support employee development, maintain training requirements, and improve operational capabilities.
- Conduct internal reviews, audits, process validations, and documentation checks to ensure adherence to regulatory and organizational requirements.
- Develop and maintain performance metrics, standard operating procedures, and reporting frameworks in collaboration with quality and analytics teams.
- Analyze operational data and quality reports to identify trends, recommend improvements, and implement corrective actions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, productivity, cost optimization, and service quality.
- Manage client and internal escalations, ensuring timely resolution, communication, and appropriate follow-up.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on projects, implementations, compliance initiatives, and operational enhancements.
- Support audit activities, address findings, and implement corrective action plans when needed.
- Manage program policies, procedures, and performance objectives while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, finance, technology, social sciences, clinical studies, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of progressively responsible professional experience in healthcare, financial services, technology, operations, or a related environment.
- Previous experience managing or supervising teams, including coaching, performance management, and employee development.
- Strong understanding of operational processes, compliance requirements, quality management, and continuous improvement practices.
- Ability to evaluate complex issues, make informed decisions, and recommend effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams and stakeholder groups.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to identify risks, escalate issues appropriately, and respond effectively in fast-paced environments.

- Competitive salary range of approximately $73,600 - $147,290 annually, depending on location, experience, skills, and qualifications.
