Our culture of growth and empathy focuses on your long-term career development while valuing your unique skills and experiences. **Your role and responsibilities** Configure and maintain SAP FICO modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), and Internal Orders. Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions. Support end-to-end SAP implementations, rollouts, and upgrades. Collaborate with business stakeholders to optimize financial processes. Perform system testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Troubleshoot and resolve SAP FICO issues in a timely manner. Prepare functional specifications for enhancements and collaborate with technical teams. Ensure compliance with financial standards, controls, and audit requirements. Provide user training and create documentation (SOPs, process flows). Support month-end and year-end closing activities. **Required technical and professional expertise** Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field. 5+ years of experience in SAP FICO configuration and support. Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and controlling processes. At least one full-cycle SAP implementation experience. Expertise in FI modules (GL, AP, AR, AA) and CO modules (Cost Center, Profitability Analysis, etc.). Experience with SAP S/4HANA is preferred. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. **Preferred technical and professional experience** Knowledge of integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP). Experience with SAP reporting tools (Fiori, SAP BI/BW). Understanding of financial compliance (SOX, IFRS, GAAP). Certification in SAP FICO or S/4HANA Finance.
