The OpportunityAs a Grant Administration Consultant, Senior Associate, you will engage with clients in the Health Services sector, providing strategic insights and operational support within our Operations Consulting practice. You will leverage your skills to analyze complex problems and develop solutions that enhance business operations. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. You will guide and mentor others, navigating increasingly complex situations to grow your personal brand and deepen your technical skills.
In this role, you will be part of a dynamic team within our Operations practice, working closely with clients to anticipate their needs and deliver quality solutions. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills in relationship building and managing others, while also embracing increased ambiguity to drive personal growth. This position offers a unique chance to contribute to the success of our clients and the firm's overall business strategies.
Responsibilities
- Analyzing complex operational challenges within the health services sector to develop strategic solutions
- Managing client support workstreams and delivering operational excellence in grant administration
- Utilizing business data analytics to enhance operational processes and drive business transformation
- Engaging with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide insights for process optimization
- Implementing quality standards and operational strategies to improve business performance metrics
- Leading change management initiatives to support business transformation and operational effectiveness
- Conducting market research to inform operations strategy and support provider business operations
- Planning and managing project resources to achieve operational goals and objectives
- Facilitating process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in operations management
- Collaborating with teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in operations support
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years of experience

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
