This role will be responsible for ensuring the development and maintenance of integrations between Workday and other systems. The Software Engineer II will work closely with HR, IT, and other stakeholders to ensure that Workday integrations meet the needs of the business.If you want an exciting and rewarding career that is meaningful, consider joining our diverse team!Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain integrations between Workday and other systems, including enterprise systems, payroll, benefits, and time and attendance systems.Work closely with HR, IT, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and ensure that Workday integrations meet those requirements.Develop and maintain documentation for Workday integrations, including process flows and technical specifications.Manage the testing and deployment of Workday integrations, including coordinating with stakeholders and ensuring that testing is thorough and complete.Stay up to date with Workday releases and new features, and work with the team to evaluate and implement new functionality as appropriate. Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field3+ years of experience in HR technology, with a focus on Workday integrationsStrong technical skills, including demonstrated experience with Workday Studio, EIBs, Packaged Connectors, Webservices and other integration tools.Experience integrating with ADP Payroll Solutions such as GlobalView, Celergo and Streamline using Workday PECI and other Integration technologies.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.Demonstrates a focus on improving processes, structures, and knowledge within the team.Leads in analyzing current states, deliver strong recommendations in understanding complexity in the...
