This role becomes proficient in operating the Dealer Management System, (DMS) such as DataScan, which will be utilized in managing dealers. The Floorplan Account Representative also ensures the security and compliance to all Federal and State legal requirements, as well as retention periods associated with Dealers Applications, Contracts, UCC filing and all confidential information. Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience. Manage the timely processing of floorplan payments Process and implement ACH payments Problem-solving and contributing to new process method development. Manage multiple priorities within tight timeframes while maintaining ongoing attention to detail. Answer and triage phone calls and requests in a professional manner Ensure emails and faxes received in individual inbox or departmental inbox are reviewed and processed in a timely fashion Ensure prompt follow-up is maintained in payment processing within the portfolio and completed in a timely and efficient manner. Interface directly with Dealership Management to resolve payment and credit line issues as well as handle all questions or concerns that may arise. Ensure compliance in the completion of all assigned transactions, accurately and in a timely manner.
