Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Industrial Maintenance Technician Trainee to join our manufacturing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with at least two years of maintenance experience or a technical certification, degree, or license who wants to build a long-term career.
This role offers hands-on training alongside experienced maintenance professionals with the goal of developing into a skilled maintenance technician. We are looking for someone interested in growing with the company for years to come.
Responsibilities
- Assist with preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Learn equipment repair and maintenance procedures
- Perform equipment inspections and document repairs
- Follow safety procedures and company standards
- Support production by minimizing equipment downtime
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience or technical certification, degree, or maintenance license
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Ability to troubleshoot equipment issues
- Willingness to learn new skills
- Dependable with excellent attendance
- Interested in building a long-term career
