MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST

This position is located in a Washington State Office in USDA/Rural Development (RD). This incumbent serves as a Management and Program Analyst providing oversight and coordination of a full range of administrative and business management functions in support of the Rural Development Mission. Assist higher-grade analysts designing and coordinating plans and projects: tracks accomplishment of management objectives. Receives training analyzing and evaluating quantitative or qualitative basics, the effectiveness of Office/Division Operations in meeting established goals and objectives. Maintains spreadsheets, graphs, presentations, etc. of statistical data and related material to explain complex situations and relationships. Assists in the resolution of conflicting needs and, as needed, recommends analysis methods and solutions that accommodates the needs/objectives of all concerned Enterprise Office areas.
