Strategy and Business Transformation Manager

As a Strategy & Business Transformation Manager, you will work directly with senior leaders to shape strategy, drive execution, and ensure the business is set up to win long term.
Operating at the intersection of strategy and delivery, you will take ownership of critical initiatives that cut across markets, functions and leadership teams - turning ambition into tangible results in a fast-paced, complex environment.
What you'll do
- Lead strategic workstreams end-to-end, from problem definition through to execution
- Shape and evolve the strategic and transformation agenda across your business area (Passenger Vehicles or Ford Pro)
- Partner with senior leadership to drive decision-making and set priorities
- Deliver complex, cross-functional initiatives with clear, measurable impact
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines and KPIs to ensure disciplined execution
- Conduct financial, market and competitor analysis to inform strategic choices
- Translate complex data into clear, insight-led recommendations and executive-ready materials
- Facilitate senior leadership forums, workshops and governance processes to drive alignment and outcomes
- Collaborate across functions including Sales, Marketing, Finance, Engineering, Digital and Operations
- Support transformation priorities focused on simplification, efficiency and lean ways of working
- Contribute to global and European strategic reviews and leadership discussions
We’re looking for:
- Experience in a top-tier consulting firm, investment bank, private equity, or equivalent strategy-focused role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with sharp commercial judgement
- Ability to structure ambiguity and translate complexity into clear, actionable insights
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, including experience preparing materials for senior audiences
- Proven ability to influence and build credibility with senior stakeholders
- A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with the ability to operate at pace
- Broad business acumen and a “big picture” perspective
- Strong academic background; MBA or equivalent is advantageous but not essential

This position is based in Dunton, and it is expected the successful candidate will be able to attend the Dunton office for typically 4 days a week and remain flexible on the days they are required to attend the office according to business requirements.
