Accountabilities:
- Lead the integration and execution of healthcare construction projects, including new developments, relocations, expansions, and renovations.
- Serve as the primary project coordinator across construction, operations, clinical, development, and support teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Manage project timelines, milestones, dependencies, and risks to support on-time and compliant facility launches.
- Drive regulatory readiness activities, including healthcare licensing, accreditation requirements, and state-specific compliance processes.
- Own Day One readiness by coordinating facility completion, equipment readiness, staffing alignment, workflows, and operational requirements.
- Establish and maintain structured integration frameworks, tools, documentation, and best practices to improve project consistency and scalability.
- Develop integrated project schedules and lead progress reviews, issue resolution discussions, and stakeholder reporting.
- Provide executive-level updates, recommendations, and insights regarding project status, risks, and opportunities.
- Partner with leadership teams to support strategic planning, process improvements, and long-term operational goals.
- Identify opportunities for technology adoption, workflow optimization, predictive analytics, and improved project efficiency.
- Support change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions for new and expanded facilities.
- Build strong relationships with internal teams, external partners, and facility stakeholders to promote collaboration and accountability.
- Mentor and support team members and cross-functional partners to strengthen project execution capabilities.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in healthcare services, facilities management, operations, integrations, or complex project management.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, and significant operational impact.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare construction processes, facility activation, and operational readiness requirements.
- Experience navigating healthcare permitting, licensing, Certificate of Need (CON) processes where applicable, and regulatory approvals.
- Understanding of healthcare construction standards, life safety codes, accreditation requirements, and compliance frameworks such as CMS and AAAHC.
- Strong project management capabilities with experience creating schedules, managing risks, and driving successful outcomes.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence executives, operational leaders, and cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
