The Position

The Opportunity
This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, high-impact environment at the intersection of project management, technology, and change management, where you will have the following key responsibilities:
Assist with day-to-day project management tasks, including tracking project timelines, managing key deliverables, and updating project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, or similar).
Support communication with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, including drafting status reports, compiling progress updates, and responding to inquiries.
Maintain project documentation, including project plans, user requirements, and training materials. Assist in creating presentations and visuals for project updates and engagement.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, document meeting minutes, and track action items to ensure timely completion.
Aid in change management activities by supporting the development of user guides, FAQs, and other materials to facilitate the adoption of new solutions.
Project management support for market assessments and software tool development: Collaboratively conduct market research analyses, build a business case and provide project management support needed to develop and implement software tools/solutions.
Apply Agile methodologies (such as Scrum and Kanban) to daily workflows to coordinate tasks and drive project delivery.
Contribute directly to high-impact initiatives designed to optimize business operational efficiency and improve patient outcomes. Identify and propose opportunities to improve project management workflows and processes within the team.
Who you are
We are seeking a Project Management Intern with a proactive attitude and a strong willingness to learn to support our AI initiative squads, who has the following qualifications:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or recently graduated (max. 12 months prior to the start date) in Project Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
Strong organizational skills with an exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with project management principles or methodologies is a plus.
Familiarity conducting market research analyses and building a business case is a plus
Familiarity supporting software/tool development projects is a plus
Proficiency in Google Suite (Slides, sheets, docs) and willingness to learn new tools such as Notebook LM, Gemini and more.
