Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to, maintaining the store environment and operations and assisting with administrative and housekeeping duties. The Senior Stylist will also understand the individual sales and service goals of the Stylists and help them to achieve their goals by providing help, advice and motivation. resPonsibilities anD tasks customer service anD Performance Achieve the targets set by the Company as communicated by the Store Manager in respect of items per transaction/average £ sale and mix of business. Deliver the highest levels of service by following the Service Checklist to ensure every customer is provided with a fragrance experience that amazes. Ensure that the Three Steps of Service and Our Mission are adhered to at all times. Ensure team executes the Jo Malone service experience with every customer. Coach stylists where necessary and highlight opportunities. events Execute events according to Guidelines as directed by Assistant Manager, Boutique Manager, Senior Stylist, Sales & Education Executive, Education Executive or Education Ambassador. Strive to achieve and exceed targets set for the event. stock Assist daily in stock and hygiene supplies replenishment and maintain appropriate levels throughout the day. Assist in the proper rotation of stock. Assist with ensuring adequate stock levels on the shop floor and stock rotation. Ensuring that the stock room is kept tidy and highlight any discrepancies or issues to Store Manager.
