Accountabilities:

    The Strategic Organization and Talent Advisor will support the development and execution of enterprise talent strategies by partnering with HR leaders, executives, and business teams. This role requires strong consulting capabilities, analytical thinking, and the ability to influence decisions through insights and strategic recommendations.

    • Partner with HR strategy leaders and business stakeholders to design and execute talent initiatives aligned with organizational priorities and business objectives.
    • Leverage talent analytics, benchmarking resources, and workforce insights to identify opportunities, solve complex challenges, and recommend effective action plans.
    • Support or lead moderately to highly complex talent strategy projects, ensuring initiatives deliver measurable business value and align with operational goals.
    • Provide strategic guidance across key areas of the employee lifecycle, including workforce planning, compensation, succession planning, leadership development, diversity and inclusion, engagement, and organizational effectiveness.
    • Balance business unit priorities with broader organizational needs to create scalable and sustainable talent solutions.
    • Support change management initiatives by developing and influencing communication strategies, transition plans, and stakeholder engagement approaches.
    • Use data-driven storytelling and business insights to influence senior leaders and communicate recommendations effectively.
    • Translate complex organizational challenges into clear strategies and actionable solutions for leadership teams.
    • Collaborate with HR delivery teams, analytics specialists, and other partners to improve talent practices and organizational outcomes.
    • Build trusted relationships with stakeholders while serving as a strategic advisor on workforce and talent-related decisions.
    • Requirements:

      The ideal candidate is an experienced HR strategy professional with strong expertise in talent management, organizational effectiveness, and business consulting. They should be comfortable navigating ambiguity, influencing senior stakeholders, and delivering data-informed solutions.

      • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
      • 7+ years of relevant experience in human resources, talent strategy, organizational development, or related fields.
      • Strong understanding of talent management strategies and the full employee lifecycle.
      • Experience supporting complex organizational initiatives involving workforce planning, leadership development, change management, or employee engagement.
      • Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify trends, and translate insights into strategic recommendations.
      • Strong business acumen with the ability to understand organizational priorities and connect talent strategies to business outcomes.
      • Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders.
      • Strong project management skills with experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
      • Ability to manage multiple priorities, navigate uncertainty, and solve complex problems.
      • Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to influence without direct authority.
      • Experience with change management practices and organizational transformation initiatives.
