Accountabilities

    • Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize end-to-end business processes, improve operational efficiency, and support scalable workflows across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance functions.
    • Support administration and continuous improvement of core business systems such as CRM, ERP, marketing automation platforms, and internal tools, ensuring reliability and usability.
    • Troubleshoot system issues, manage enhancement requests, and recommend process improvements that strengthen productivity and employee experience.
    • Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and data models to support performance tracking, forecasting, and strategic decision-making.
    • Ensure data accuracy and integrity through ongoing data quality initiatives, governance practices, and validation processes.
    • Support system integrations and automation initiatives to ensure seamless data flow across business applications and reduce manual effort.
    • Assist in onboarding, offboarding, and employee enablement by maintaining documentation, training materials, and system access processes.
    • Requirements

      • 3+ years of experience in business operations, revenue operations, sales operations, or systems-focused roles within a SaaS or technology environment.
      • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, with familiarity across tools like HubSpot, NetSuite, or similar business systems.
      • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and recommend actionable process improvements.
      • Exposure to integration or automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Celigo, Informatica, or similar) is a strong plus.
      • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical or operational solutions.
      • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
      • Curiosity and willingness to learn new systems, tools, and technologies, including AI-enabled solutions.
