As a Product Experience Operations Coordinator on our Prediction Markets Team, you'll be at the center of one of FanDuel's newest and fastest-growing product lines. Prediction Markets bring the excitement of sports, culture, and current events together in a single contract-based format, and you'll be the one making sure that experience is sharp, timely, and unmistakably FanDuel every single day.

Your primary focus will be the day-to-day execution and merchandising of our Prediction Markets product — building out contracts and event pages around the games, storylines, and moments sports fans are already talking about, and making sure the site reflects what's happening across major leagues in real time. You'll work closely with Product, Trading, and Tech partners to keep the experience running smoothly and to help shape the tools and processes that support this product as it scales.

This is a ground-floor opportunity: Prediction Markets is a new and rapidly growing space at FanDuel, and there's real room to grow with it. We're looking for a candidate with a genuine interest in sports, betting markets, and event-based contracts, who can operate with precision in a dynamic, always-on environment and is excited to help build something from the ground up.

THE GAME PLAN
Everyone on our team has a part to play

  • Merchandise and optimize Prediction Markets contracts and pages around live games, storylines, and marquee sporting moments to keep the experience engaging and relevant.
  • Monitor live sporting events and site performance in real time, adjusting content as games and news develop.
  • Ensure on-site content is accurate, timely, and aligned with what sports fans care about that day.
  • Collaborate with Product and Tech partners to improve tooling, workflows, and processes supporting Prediction Markets.
  • Identify and resolve operational issues swiftly to protect the customer experience.
  • Support cross-functional teams in aligning on requirements, strategies, and priorities across sports and leagues.
  • Help document formats, rules, and processes to establish long-term operational standards for a still-forming product.
  • Identify and escalate bugs and issues raised by customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Continuously improve processes to drive efficiency and support the product's growth.

  • Comfortable operating in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, including nights, weekends, and holiday shifts as sports demand.
  • Prior experience in operations, product, or content management preferred.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (Amplitude, Tableau, etc) a plus.

The applicable hourly range for this position is $26.92 - $33.65 USD, which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience, location, business needs and market demand. This role may offer the following benefits: medical, vision, and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k) matching program; among other employee benefits. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses and stock program participation. This role includes paid personal time off and 14 paid company holidays. FanDuel offers paid sick time in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws.
