Ford Business Solutions is looking for a

Commercial Vehicle Pricing Specialist

to join our Pricing Team in our Budapest, Váci Greens office.

Are you passionate about using data to drive business decisions? Do you enjoy balancing customer value with commercial success? Join our team and play a key role in shaping the pricing strategy for Ford's commercial vehicle portfolio across Europe.

What will be your roles and responsibilities in the team?

  • Calculate customer and wholesale prices for Ford commercial vehicles.
  • Develop pricing strategies and profitability forecasts for new vehicle models prior to launch.
  • Ensure pricing recommendations deliver a competitive offer for customers while supporting Ford's profitability objectives.
  • Collaborate with National Sales Companies (NSCs) and Finance teams to identify the optimal balance between pricing and business performance.
  • Evaluate product features and customer value propositions to support effective pricing decisions.
  • Monitor competitor pricing, product specifications, and market trends, recommending pricing actions when appropriate.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate, data-driven pricing proposals within agreed deadlines.
  • Support revenue management activities, including General Price Increases (GPI), Yield Management, and other pricing initiatives.
  • Build strong working relationships with cross-functional teams across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Revenue Management, and Product Development throughout Europe.

Are we looking for you? Yes, if you have…

  • 1+ years of experience in pricing, finance, business analysis, revenue management, commercial strategy, or a similar analytical role. 
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to support business decisions. 
  • A commercial mindset with a strong focus on achieving results. 
  • Confidence to develop recommendations and support them with data and sound business reasoning. 
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across international teams. 
  • The ability to prioritize multiple tasks and consistently deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines. 
  • A proactive, team-oriented approach and the confidence to challenge ideas when it benefits the business. 

It would be an advantage if you also have:

  • Experience in the automotive industry. 
  • Knowledge of product pricing or revenue management. 
  • Exposure to Brand Marketing, Sales Operations, or Finance. 
  • Familiarity with commercial vehicles or automotive pricing processes.
