Role and Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor daily transactions and meet the monthly targets.
• Report monitoring trends and deviations to the management.
• Make recommendations for process quality improvements.
• One on one coaching of agents.
• Root Cause Analysis for corrective measures.
• Perform Training need identification.
• Evaluate Chats & Transactions processed by advisors.
• Provide proven ideas/methods to advisors for call improvement.
• Participate in internal/external calibrations.
• Evaluate Chats & Transactions processed by advisors.
• Provide proven ideas/methods to advisors for call improvement.
• Participate in internal/external calibrations.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis on identified defects.

Key Skills and knowledge:

• Experience in KYC / KYB / Transaction Monitoring & Fraud Investigation is a must.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of Banking / Financial Services / Fraud Investigation / Anti Money Laundering (AML) shall be an added advantage.
• Evaluate Chats & Transactions processed by game changers.
• Provide proven ideas/methods to advisors for call improvement.
• Participate in internal/external calibrations. 
• Perform Root Cause Analysis on identified defects.

Educational Qualification:

Graduate
