Conference Room & Event Support: Support ongoing conference room resets, ensuring rooms are clean, organized, and technology-ready. Assist with event setups and teardowns, including furniture moves, layout adjustments, and audio-visual readiness.
Dish & Pantry Operations: Collect, wash, dry, and return dishes to designated locations. Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization in kitchen, pantry, and break areas, coordinating with janitorial staff to ensure high standards.
Client & Visitor Relations: Deliver consistently high-quality service that meets or exceeds client KPI targets. Provide welcoming support to visitors, including greeting and escorting guests when the Events team is occupied.
Facilities Operations: Support Smart Building systems operations, provide general handyman support (minor repairs, furniture adjustments, lamp changes), and monitor facility issues through the Help Desk system.
Vendor & Administrative Coordination: Coordinate on-site vendor activities including maintenance, cleaning, and service providers. Assist the Facilities Manager with documentation, vendor management, purchase order processing, and preventative maintenance programs.
Safety & Compliance: Ensure compliance with JLL and Cisco safety standards, policies, and procedures. Participate in workplace initiatives, safety programs, and operational improvement efforts.
