Quantitative Analytics [Multiple Positions Available]
DESCRIPTION:
Duties: Design and develop digital analytics requirements for digital marketing campaigns and clickstream data. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to design and deploy AB tests and evaluate performance KPIs. Develop and maintain dynamic and interactive dashboards and automate ETL processes. Perform data manipulation, structuring, design flow, and query optimization. Conduct statistical analysis using machine learning methods and predictive modeling. Develop measurement frameworks for new marketing strategies using financial modeling and multi-touch attribution. Design and build telemetry and usage tracking solutions for business intelligence tools. Maintain data integrity, accuracy, and consistency through robust data governance practices. Partner with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into analytical solutions. Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum education and experience required: Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field of study plus 5 years of experience in the job offered or as Quantitative Analytics, Analytics Lead, Data Scientist, Strategy Analyst, or related occupation.
Skills Required: This position requires five (5) years of experience with the following: using causal impact and AB testing to incrementally study techniques including difference-in-differences analysis and holdout testing; translating quantitative information into actionable insights and presenting to senior stakeholders; calculating, analyzing, and presenting data with Excel using pivot tables, formulas, data analysis add-ons, and VBA programming; using PowerPoint to present data in multiple chart styles and manipulating how text and charts are presented using formatting tools; developing interactive dashboards with Tableau, Streamlit, or Google Data Studio that incorporate advanced visualization features and connect to back-end databases; using SQL, including common table expressions, window functions, and Snowflake SQL. This position requires four (4) years of experience with the following: tracking and analyzing data with Segment, Google Analytics, and Adobe Analytics; performing experimentation design, including defining primary success metrics, using T-test formulas to determine required sizing and minimum detectable lift, tagging tracking events, and pulling data for performance; using financial modeling and incrementality analysis to develop measurement frameworks; designing telemetry and usage tracking solutions for business intelligence tools; using attribution performance measurement methods including weighted contribution, data driven attribution, and media mix modeling. This position requires three (3) years of experience with the following: analyzing and manipulating data using Python with libraries including pandas and NumPy; using and programming machine learning algorithms with Python packages, including scikit-learn to build classification and regression algorithms and unsupervised clustering and collaborative filtering algorithms; applying Agile project management principles to define analytics project requirements; implementing data governance practices using JIRA to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency; designing and deploying AB tests using Adobe Target Signal.IO or Optimizely; performing exploratory data analysis within large enterprise Snowflake databases. This position requires one (1) year of experience with the following: building and automating ETL pipelines using Alteryx.

Full-Time. Salary: $189,400 - $195,000 per year.
