Accountabilities:
- Build and scale value engineering capabilities, including ROI modeling, business case development, and economic impact analysis.
- Establish frameworks that help teams consistently articulate customer value and connect solutions to measurable business outcomes.
- Work directly with priority business units to implement value engineering practices and ensure sustainable adoption.
- Develop repeatable tools, methodologies, and processes that improve customer engagement and sales effectiveness.
- Elevate solution consulting standards across qualification, demo strategy, messaging, and strategic deal preparation.
- Coach presales teams through complex opportunities and support executive-level customer engagements.
- Partner with sales leaders, solution consulting teams, and operational stakeholders to improve presales execution.
- Influence decentralized teams through credibility, collaboration, and strong stakeholder relationships rather than direct authority.
- Contribute insights and structure to business operating rhythms, including forecasting reviews, executive forums, and performance discussions.
- Drive practical adoption of AI-enabled approaches to improve presales productivity, solution positioning, demo preparation, and value modeling.
- Identify opportunities to improve deal quality, conversion rates, and commercial outcomes through stronger presales discipline.
- Create scalable operating models that can be replicated across multiple business units.
- Extensive experience in enterprise software presales, solution consulting, or strategic sales environments.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, value-driven enterprise opportunities.
- Experience leading solution consulting or presales teams at a senior manager, director, or executive level.
- Demonstrated success building or scaling presales and/or value engineering capabilities.
- Strong expertise in ROI modeling, business case creation, and communicating economic value to customers.
- Ability to identify weaknesses in customer value positioning and implement practical improvements.
- Experience developing repeatable presales frameworks, including qualification processes, demo strategies, and messaging approaches.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and influencing skills with the ability to build trust across decentralized teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with experience engaging senior executives and stakeholders.
- Experience applying AI tools to improve presales workflows, productivity, and customer engagement.
- Ability to translate emerging technology capabilities into practical business applications.
- Strong understanding of enterprise software industries and the ability to operate across multiple market segments.
- Competitive salary range of $333,000–$444,000 plus a 40% bonus opportunity.
