Accountabilities
- Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle of one or more go-to-market products and the business capabilities they support.
- Define product priorities based on business impact, stakeholder needs, customer requirements, and strategic objectives.
- Build and maintain scalable technology solutions by treating internal systems as products rather than standalone tools.
- Drive technology decisions, including evaluating build versus buy approaches, automation opportunities, AI adoption, and long-term platform evolution.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Revenue Operations, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Business Systems, Data, AI, and Engineering to deliver impactful solutions.
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable product strategies, balancing immediate needs with long-term product direction.
- Establish product success metrics, governance processes, documentation standards, release planning, and adoption strategies.
- Continuously improve the go-to-market technology ecosystem by identifying opportunities for simplification, optimization, and innovation.
- Proven experience owning business systems, technology products, or product portfolios within a go-to-market, revenue operations, or similar business environment.
- Strong understanding of GTM architecture, integrations, data models, and end-to-end revenue processes.
- Experience defining product strategies, roadmaps, priorities, and measurable success metrics for internal technology products.
- Ability to evaluate technical solutions and determine when capabilities should be delivered through configuration, automation, AI solutions, custom development, or third-party platforms.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools to improve workflows, build internal solutions, and optimize operational processes.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and align teams around product decisions.
- Experience working with GTM technologies such as CRM platforms, sales engagement tools, marketing automation systems, business intelligence solutions, APIs, integration platforms, or similar technologies.
- Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote, asynchronous, and globally distributed environment.
- Experience working remotely is a plus but not required.
