The Sr Contract Analyst is responsible for creating and reviewing contract proposals for IDN and GPO representing major and larger hospital networks, ensuring compliance within company terms and conditions and pricing guidelines for customer instrument, consumables and service contracts. This role interacts with Leadership team, Field Sales, HSE (Healthcare Sales Executives) and peers on a daily basis. The ideal candidate will have strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work across and outside the organization.
The position reports to the Pricing Manager and is part of the Pricing and Deal Desk Team within Commercial Excellence and will be fully remote.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Serve as a subject matter expert for contract pricing administration, independently establishing and managing complex pricing agreements associated with GPO, IDN, and strategic customer contracts while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and contractual obligations.
- Lead the governance and continuous improvement of contract compliance in CPQ, and related systems. Identify process gaps, recommend solutions, and drive implementation of best practices to improve accuracy, efficiency, and controls.
- Partner proactively with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Customer Service, and Commercial Operations teams to analyze complex deal structures, evaluate contract scenarios, and develop pricing and contracting strategies that support business growth objectives.
- Provide expert guidance to sales teams on contract strategy, objection handling, value proposition development, alternative pricing structures, and risk assessment to facilitate successful deal negotiations and closures.
- Influence cross-functional stakeholders to align on contract administration standards, optimize commercial processes, and support implementation of policy and procedural enhancements and standard work.
The essential requirements of the job include:
- Demonstrated expertise in reviewing, interpreting, and administering complex contract terms and conditions with a strong understanding of business, financial, operational, and compliance implications.
- Proven ability to independently solve complex business problems, evaluate multiple alternatives, and recommend solutions using sound judgment and analytical thinking.
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives, influencing stakeholders, and driving process improvements that enhance business performance and customer experience.
- Bachelor's degree with 4–6 years of relevant experience in contracts, commercial operations, pricing, finance, legal support, or related business disciplines.
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:
- Travel 5%-10%
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
- Commercial operations and contracting, including contract negotiation support, strategic deal structuring, pricing management, contract lifecycle management, and legal/paralegal support for commercial agreements.
- Business systems and process improvement, including ERP, CRM, CPQ, and contract management platforms (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, PROS Smart, Axapta), with experience driving system and process enhancements.
- Cross-functional leadership and development, including leading projects, mentoring and training others, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

The annual salary range for this role is $105,000-$115,000 annually. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
