What is the opportunity?  

As Senior Manager, Enterprise Delivery, you will support highly visible, large transformation initiatives, providing thought leadership and collaborating with senior leaders to contribute to strategic objectives and the clear path to execution excellence. You will bring expertise in sizing and scoping large complex programs and defining their strategic objectives and key results (OKRs). You will be accountable for effective project delivery, managing cross-functional workstreams, and mitigating risks while supporting enterprise and business unit goals. Your strategic thinking combined with your experience in driving transformative projects to outcome will drive consistency and success in some of RBC's most ambitious programs.

What will you do?

  • Strategic leadership: Establish credibility by quickly acquiring and demonstrating subject matter expertise and deep business knowledge.

  • Strategic Alignment: Design strategic roadmaps, facilitate value-driven projects with clear OKRs, and influence project outcomes to realize benefits and reduce risks.

  • Transformative Program Management: Provide expertise in planning, business casing, scheduling, scoping, prioritizing, and resource allocation to ensure timely and successful execution.

  • Communication excellence: Proactively use all communication channels and project artifacts to provide clear visibility into progress, obstacles, and achieved value.

  • Stakeholder management: Build relationships, manage change, and resolve risks to ensure project success.

What do you need to succeed?

Must Have

  • 3+ years’ experience leading large transformative programs from strategy formulation to execution (preferably in financial industries) 

  • Strategic thinking skilled in recognizing business complexities and making trade-off decisions to relentlessly prioritize and define appropriate actions to drive execution excellence.

  • Ability to influence change and mange conflicts in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.

  • Bachelor’s degree or post-graduate degree (such as MBA, finance, engineering, or science

  • Strong strategic and financial business acumen and strong risk and cost control mindset (preferably CPA, CFA designation)

  • Highly skilled in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. 

Nice to Have 

  • Management Consulting experience 

  • Additional designations Agile, Lean and Six Sigma, Change management

  • Change Management designation or significant experience with change management processes
