Technical Service Specialist
Principal Responsibilities
Provide after sales service to all hospitals units, research institutions and reference laboratories in the public and private sectors
Specific Duties
Carry out instrument installation
Carry out corrective and preventive maintenance in the field
Carry out reagent application and related troubleshooting
Carry out customer training for instruments operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
Provide telephone support to the customers
Complete all required documentation to assure compliance with Abbott quality, regulatory, service/support procedures and processes
