Senior Advanced Project Engineer (M/F/D)
As a Senior Advanced Project Engineer here at Honeywell Aerospace, you will play a critical role in leading and managing advanced engineering projects, ensuring successful execution and delivery of innovative solutions.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project planning, technical execution, and continuous improvement initiatives.
You will report directly to our Engineering Manager, and you’ll work out of our Brno location on a Hybrid work schedule.
We are seeking a skilled Project Engineer from the aerospace field to join our team and drive the successful execution of advanced engineering programs.
In this role, you will impact the success of complex engineering projects by providing technical leadership, managing resources, and driving innovation to meet Honeywell’s high standards of quality and performance.

Electronic Solutions develops the avionics, navigation systems, sensors and electromagnetic defense technology that help aircraft perform safely and with precision. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead and manage advanced engineering projects from concept through completion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute project plans.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to resolve complex engineering challenges.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project efficiency and outcomes.
YOU MUST HAVE
• Minimum 6 years of experience in advanced project engineering or related roles in AEROSPACE.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Expertise in engineering principles, project planning, and execution.
• Experience with industry-standard project management tools and methodologies.
