About the Role

At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a Graphic Designer to create high-impact visual assets across branding, digital marketing, and advertising campaigns.

This role goes beyond creating beautiful designs—you’ll develop performance-driven creative that helps increase engagement, clicks, and conversions across multiple digital channels. From social media graphics and paid advertising creatives to presentations, landing pages, and brand assets, you’ll own the entire design process from concept through final delivery.

The ideal candidate combines strong creative instincts with an understanding of marketing performance, ensuring every design supports business goals while maintaining exceptional brand consistency.

What You’ll Own

Marketing & Campaign Design

  • Design engaging creative assets for social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
  • Create high-converting ad creatives for Meta Ads, Google Display, and other digital advertising platforms.
  • Design email marketing graphics, presentations, pitch decks, and promotional materials.
  • Translate marketing concepts into visually compelling campaigns.
  • Produce multiple creative variations to support A/B testing and campaign optimization.

Brand Identity & Visual Consistency

  • Develop and maintain cohesive brand identity systems.
  • Create and refine logos, typography systems, color palettes, and brand guidelines.
  • Ensure consistent visual branding across all digital and print materials.
  • Support ongoing brand evolution while maintaining visual consistency.

Digital & Web Design

  • Design website banners, landing page graphics, and digital marketing assets.
  • Optimize designs for desktop, mobile, and social media platforms.
  • Create visually engaging graphics that enhance user experience and conversion rates.
  • Support digital campaigns with responsive and platform-specific creative assets.

Motion Graphics (Bonus)

  • Create simple animations, GIFs, and motion graphics using Adobe After Effects.
  • Assist with light video editing and campaign assets when needed.
  • Enhance digital campaigns through animated visual content.

Collaboration & Creative Execution

  • Partner closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to understand campaign goals.
  • Translate creative briefs into polished, production-ready designs.
  • Incorporate stakeholder feedback efficiently while maintaining design quality.
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced remote environment.

File & Asset Management

  • Deliver final assets in AI, PSD, PNG, PDF, SVG, and other required formats.
  • Maintain organized design libraries, templates, and brand assets.
  • Ensure files are production-ready and properly organized for future use.

Requirements

Must-Have Qualifications

Experience

  • 2+ years of professional graphic design experience.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing branding, marketing campaigns, and digital design work.
  • Experience designing for social media, digital advertising, and print.

Technical Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign.
  • Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, layout, and color theory.
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Nice-to-Have

  • Motion graphics experience using Adobe After Effects.
  • Experience using Figma and Canva.
  • Background working with marketing agencies, SaaS companies, or e-commerce brands.
  • Experience collaborating with performance marketing teams.
  • Familiarity with conversion-focused creative and A/B testing methodologies.
