**Summary:** The Client Solutions Manager for Meta's France Retail team is a strategic and analytical solution-driver who puts our customers at the core of everything we do and supports their growth. **Required Skills:** Client Solutions Manager - France (STE, 5 months) Responsibilities: 1. In partnership with the Client Partner, identify, create, and implement marketing solutions grounded on achieving measurable business results for our partners 2. Serve as external product consultant educating clients on product solutions and best practices, and ultimately grow existing business partnership 3. Analyze data and insights to guide strategy and implementation of Meta solutions 4. Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders 5. Work and collaborate with broad groups of internal cross-functional teams 6. Guide media and creative strategy, planning, and implementation of campaigns to deliver against Key Performance Indicators 7. Outline and manage measurement strategy, tracking, and results delivery 8. Identify optimization opportunities for improving performance 9. Manage internal account operations (e.g. troubleshooting issues, account set up, etc.) **Minimum Qualifications:** Minimum Qualifications: 10. Demonstrated knowledge of digital media platforms, advertising success metrics, and industry trends (Direct Response marketing, data and technology solutions, ad-tech, partnerships, CRM) 11. Effective problem solving and decision making skills, and the love to learn in an ambiguous environment 12. Experience working effectively with cross-functional teams and all levels of management 13. Demonstrated experience to manage complex work streams while maintaining strict attention to details 14. Communication skills, collaboration and working effectively in a team 15. Advanced analytical skills, experience with analyzing datasets and delivering actionable insights, to be effectively presented to external clients 16. At least 5 years of relevant job experience 17. Business-level French and English **Preferred Qualifications:** Preferred Qualifications: 18. Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements) 19. Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews) 20.
