Remote Recruitment is hiring a Business Development Executive for our UK-based clients. This is a fully remote position offering South African professionals an excellent opportunity to work with leading UK employers from home. Key Responsibilities
- Research, identify and prioritise new business prospects and target markets
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting via calls, email and LinkedIn
- Present tailored proposals and solutions to senior decision-makers
- Negotiate commercial terms and close new business deals against monthly targets
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through to signed agreement
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline in CRM at all times
Requirements
- 3+ years of B2B sales or business development experience
- Proven track record of consistently hitting and exceeding revenue targets
- Excellent presentation, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Confident and persuasive communicator with strong English language skills
- Self-driven and motivated to succeed in a fully remote target-driven role
