Experience
Engineer: Minimum 2–5 years of experience in:
HVAC piping design
Project execution (Chilled Water piping, Plumbing, Primary & Secondary pumps, Thermal storage systems)
HVAC accessories & control systems
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Liquid Cooling Project Engineer to lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced liquid cooling systems for Data Centres.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Thermal Management, Fluid Dynamics, and Project Coordination , along with hands-on experience in engineering complex cooling solutions.
Key Responsibilities 1. Project Delivery
Lead liquid cooling system projects from concept to completion
Participate in project meetings and provide design inputs
Coordinate cross-functional teams (Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing)
Review and approve designs for accuracy and compliance
Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
Possess design and execution knowledge in:
HVAC chilled water piping
Plumbing systems
Fire line piping
2. Testing & Validation
Develop test plans and validate cooling system performance
Analyse test data and improve system performance
Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations
3. Service & Operations
Strong fundamentals in: Heat Transfer, Thermodynamics & Fluid Mechanics
Understanding of control systems and sensor integration
Perform: Preventive maintenance, Bulletin implementation & Troubleshooting of field issues within SLA
Mentor and support team members
Maintain proper documentation and reporting
Preferred Criteria Qualifications & Skills
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Piping Engineering or related field
Strong knowledge of piping codes and standards (ASHRAE, ASME)
Proficiency in design tools: AutoCAD, Revit, CAESAR II
Knowledge of BIM (Building Information Modelling)
Understanding of sustainable and energy-efficient systems
Certification in piping/design (preferred)
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Proven track record in project delivery
