A Rehab Aide will:Strive to exceed the customers’ expectations by demonstrating flexibility and sensitivity necessary to respond to the customers’ needsPossess strong attention to detail and own excellent communication skillsAssist a licensed therapist in the provision of physical therapy, speech therapy, and/or occupational therapy treatments in accordance with state practice and professional guidelinesPerform duties to maintain a safe and clean environment including wiping down equipment, preparing mat tables for next patient, and managing soiled linensPlay a role in the clinic’s supply chain by stocking shelves, monitoring inventories and ordering suppliesPerform a variety of administrative duties that supports front end staff as needed including answering phones and scheduling appointmentsAssist with new employee, student or volunteer trainingFunction as a team member, required to be flexible in work assignments and at times may be asked to perform other duties as assignedBe available for rotating schedules including some light traveling to support all aligned rehab services facilities if neededQualifications Education: High School graduate or equivalentExperience: Previous healthcare experience preferredLicensure: BLS/CPR Certification required To learn more about being a team member with Riverside Health System visit us at https://www.riversideonline.com/careers.About UsIf loving your work is important to you, consider a career at Riverside.
