We are seeking a strategic and motivated Business Process Analyst to drive business transformation and operational excellence within Oracle Financing. In this role, you will partner with cross-functional teams to analyze, design, and optimize business processes, improve operational efficiency, and support strategic initiatives. You will leverage data, AI-enabled tools, and industry best practices to deliver scalable solutions and measurable business outcomes.

Lead business process improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
Analyze current processes, identify gaps, and recommend scalable solutions.
Partner with global stakeholders to design and implement standardized business processes.
Drive cross-functional projects from planning through execution.
Develop process documentation, metrics, and governance to support continuous improvement.
Utilize AI and modern productivity tools to enhance analysis and decision-making.
Track project progress, risks, and adoption to ensure successful outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications
8+ years of experience in business process management, operations, consulting, or program management.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in a global environment.
Knowledge of continuous improvement, or project management methodologies.
Proficiency with Excel, Microsoft Office, and AI-enabled productivity tools.
Self-driven with strong business acumen and a passion for continuous improvement.
Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. 8 years relevant work experience. BS/BA preferred.
