Accountabilities:

    • Manage and collect on past-due accounts across various financing contracts, including loans, leases, and purchase agreements.
    • Conduct daily outreach to assigned customers through phone, email, text, and written correspondence in line with collection protocols.
    • Negotiate repayment arrangements and fees within established authority limits while maintaining compliance standards.
    • Monitor account status and escalate delinquent cases appropriately through recovery or legal channels when necessary.
    • Process incoming payments accurately and ensure proper system entry for timely posting.
    • Analyze account performance and support monthly delinquency forecasting for assigned portfolios.
    • Maintain accurate documentation of all customer interactions and account activities.
    • Ensure adherence to internal policies, regulatory requirements, and customer communication standards.
    • Requirements:

      • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and 1–3 years of collections or related financial services experience.
      • Strong verbal and written communication skills with professional telephone etiquette.
      • Ability to handle difficult conversations with customers in a calm, respectful, and compliant manner.
      • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail in managing multiple accounts.
      • Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize daily workloads and meet performance targets independently.
      • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and contract or account management systems.
      • Solid analytical skills to evaluate account risk and determine appropriate collection strategies.
      • Must be able to pass a criminal background and credit check.
      • Strong resilience and ability to work in a performance-driven, metrics-based environment.
