メインコンテンツにスキップ Solutions Architect Miro 東京都, 日本 応募 Solutions Architect Miro 東京都, 日本 2日前 応募者はまだ25名以下です Miroがこのポジションに採用した人材を表示 応募 保存 この求人を報告する Miroの求人掲載者にメッセージを直接送信 Yukiko Noguchi Yukiko Noguchi WASABIT株式会社 - Bilingual (JPN/ENG) Senior Project Manager/Talent Acquisition Specialist | RPO at Miro Japan About The RoleThe Innovation Architect acts as a Solution Architect for collaboration and ways of working within Miro’s Miro Optimization Services & Training (MOST) program.MOST is Miro’s annual professional services subscription designed for enterprise customers who need ongoing, flexible access to expert guidance—not a one-time project.Customers receive 240 hours per year of services to help them design, implement, and scale collaboration solutions in Miro across teams, functions, and geographies.In this role, the Innovation Architect partners with customers to translate business strategy into scalable collaboration architectures inside Miro.This includes diagnosing workflow and adoption challenges, designing governance and operating models, and shaping a structured, outcomes-driven solution roadmap that evolves as customer needs change.Innovation Architects operate as trusted advisors to both business and technical stakeholders.They design end-to-end collaboration solutions by combining process design, workspace architecture, governance, and enablement to ensure customers achieve measurable value from MiroWhat You'll DoLead discovery to understand customer goals, workflows, and pain points; translate findings into a structured MOST game plan aligned to their 240-hour allocationFacilitate vision, alignment, and prioritization sessions to help customers define outcomes, success criteria, and adoption milestonesConduct collaboration, workflow, and workspace assessments; synthesize insights and provide clear recommendations for improvementDesign and implement governance frameworks (workspace structure, naming, access, lifecycle, templates) that reduce risk and support long-term scalabilityGuide customers through change-management initiatives, including communication plans, stakeholder alignment, and rollout sequencingCoach teams on Miro best practices, intelligent templates, AI workflows, and techniques to streamline planning, retrospectives, decision-making, and cross-functional workFacilitate workshops across Agile ceremonies, product development, innovation, research, design thinking, and strategy developmentBuild lightweight prototypes, templates, and reusable workflows that accelerate customer adoption and demonstrate the art of the possiblePartner with IT/Admin stakeholders to establish standards, reduce tool sprawl, and drive consistency in workspace setup and governanceRecommend process optimizations that increase operational efficiency, improve collaboration quality, and reduce context switchingProvide ongoing advisory support throughout the MOST subscription, updating forecasts, adjusting plans, and ensuring hours are used strategicallyTrack progress against milestones and outcomes; flag risks early and help customers re-prioritize work as business needs evolveCollaborate with CSMs, Architects, and Engagement Managers to ensure consistent delivery and alignment across customer stakeholdersContribute to internal playbooks, templates, and delivery assets that...
