Serving as the bridge between business and IT, this role leads the design, optimization and evolution of Capital Equipment business capabilities by identifying systemic challenges, influencing technology strategy and delivering scalable, sustainable solutions.As a trusted advisor, the Fellow provides technical thought leadership for enterprise initiatives, including system implementations, business process transformation and organizational change. This role partners across business and technology teams to improve operational performance, strengthen data integrity and ensure enterprise systems enable standardized, integrated business processes.The Fellow identifies opportunities to leverage AI, automation, advanced analytics and emerging technologies to improve decision-making, operational efficiency and enterprise capabilities. Through technical expertise and organizational influence, this role drives measurable business value without direct management authority.Work model, sponsorship, relocation:At Boston Scientific, we value collaboration and synergy. This role follows a hybrid work model requiring employees to be in our local office at least three days per week. Relocation assistance is not available for this position at this time.Your responsibilities will include:● Lead the evolution of enterprise business processes supporting Capital Equipment operations.● Drive enterprisewide process improvements, root cause analyses and corrective actions to improve operational performance, data integrity and business outcomes.● Serve as the strategic liaison between business and IT, translating business needs into scalable technology solutions.● Partner with business and technology leaders to define business requirements, influence solution architecture and support enterprise implementations.● Provide technical leadership for business transformation, ERP implementations, system upgrades and process optimization initiatives.● Champion enterprise data governance, master data integrity and process standardization across global business processes.● Align SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, GSMS/ServiceMax and related enterprise applications to enable integrated, scalable business capabilities.● Identify trends, risks and improvement opportunities using business data, customer feedback and enterprise system performance.● Drive adoption of AI, automation and advanced analytics to improve decision-making, operational efficiency and enterprise capabilities.● Influence cross-functional teams and senior leaders to...
