Accountabilities
- Define and own market entry strategy and segmentation, identifying priority customer groups and sequencing based on real-world evidence and experimentation.
- Design and build the end-to-end growth and product-led motion, including awareness, activation, conversion, and expansion loops.
- Develop precise buyer and user archetypes that inform targeting, messaging, onboarding, and product experience decisions.
- Own positioning and messaging strategy, continuously testing narratives directly with customers and iterating based on feedback and data.
- Architect and implement an AI-native, agentic growth stack that enables scalable acquisition, activation, and retention workflows.
- Influence pricing and packaging decisions through deep understanding of buyer behavior and product value perception.
- Establish measurement frameworks, activation definitions, and funnel instrumentation to enable continuous optimization and learning.
- 5–8 years of experience in growth, GTM, or commercial roles, with a strong focus on building new motions rather than maintaining existing ones.
- Proven experience in product-led growth, particularly owning or driving free-to-paid or trial-to-paid conversion funnels.
- Demonstrated ability to build commercial or growth systems in early-stage or zero-to-one environments.
- Strong hands-on expertise with AI tools and agentic workflows, including building automated systems beyond basic AI assistant usage.
- Clear perspective on how AI transforms growth, acquisition, activation, and retention, with ability to operationalize that thinking.
- Strong judgment combining data-driven analysis and customer intuition, without over-reliance on either.
- Excellent cross-functional communication skills, with the ability to align product, marketing, and leadership in ambiguous environments.
- Strong customer curiosity, ideally with exposure to healthcare or complex service-based markets (a plus, not required).
