Accountabilities:
- Manage post-sales customer relationships, ensuring successful onboarding, platform adoption, and achievement of business outcomes.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and customer advocate, providing strategic guidance, best practices, and recommendations to maximize solution value.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer cybersecurity goals, operational processes, security maturity, and business priorities.
- Partner with technical teams and internal stakeholders to align customer needs with appropriate solutions and resources.
- Translate cybersecurity objectives into measurable outcomes and actionable improvement strategies.
- Analyze customer data and security insights to identify opportunities for optimization and increased satisfaction.
- Proactively identify risks to customer success and develop mitigation plans to address challenges.
- Lead customer business reviews, demonstrating value, progress, ROI, and strategic alignment.
- Support customer retention and expansion by maintaining strong relationships and identifying growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to communicate customer feedback and influence improvements.
- Help customers mature their cybersecurity validation programs through continuous engagement and advisory support.
- Manage multiple accounts, priorities, and cross-functional relationships while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- 5+ years of experience in one or more cybersecurity disciplines, including:
- Security Control Validation
- Detection Engineering or Security Operations Center (SOC) Validation
- Red Teaming or Adversary Emulation
- Continuous Security Validation
- Incident Response or Security Process Validation
- Security Posture Measurement or Exposure Management
- Risk, Compliance, or Third-Party/Supply Chain Security
- Strong technical understanding of cybersecurity tools, frameworks, validation methodologies, and security operations practices.
- Proven experience in customer-facing roles such as Customer Success, Technical Account Management, consulting, or cybersecurity advisory.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills with the ability to explain complex security topics clearly.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive ownership mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple customer relationships and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of empathy and commitment to helping customers achieve success.
- Experience with SaaS platforms, cybersecurity vendors, security automation, or security testing solutions is preferred.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK, NIST, ISO 27001, or CIS Controls is a plus.
- Experience with breach and attack simulation, security validation platforms, or automated security testing is highly valued.
