Software Engineer I (M/F/D)

Help build software that keeps aircraft flying safely by monitoring onboard systems and generating maintenance alerts in real time.

You'll apply your engineering fundamentals to real-world aerospace projects, contributing to applications that are essential for flight operations. Electronic Solutions develops the avionics, navigation systems, sensors and electromagnetic defense technology that help aircraft perform safely and with precision. • Design, develop, integrate, and test software solutions.
• Support system integration and validation against requirements.

What you need to succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in technical field 
• Basic experience with Python development
• Good understanding of software testing fundamentals and an interest in test automation.
• Familiarity with Git or a similar version control system.
• Basic understanding of Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) concepts.
• Professional working proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

What we value

• Willingness and flexibility to travel occasionally for customer support.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and experience working with relational databases.
• Familiarity with C/C++ programming languages and the ability to understand or troubleshoot existing code.
• Understanding of embedded and real-time systems development, including software and hardware integration and testing.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum development methodologies and participation in Agile teams is an advantage.
