This role will align engineering, operations, product, security, and stakeholder teams around clear priorities, execution plans, risks, milestones, and measurable outcomes. The ideal candidate brings technical depth, program discipline, strong communication, and the ability to drive results across ambiguous, high-impact initiatives. Our programs require tight execution across engineering, operations, compliance, security, and customer-facing teams. Key Responsibilities Establish scope, milestones, program plans, dependencies, risks, and execution strategies for complex technical programs. Manage cross-functional initiatives that impact product, business, infrastructure, operational readiness, or customer commitments. Lead program execution across engineering, release management, operations, customer success, and stakeholder teams. Identify and manage highly complex issues, bottlenecks, risks, and tradeoffs; escalate with clear options and recommendations when appropriate. Develop program standards, operating mechanisms, reporting, dashboards, forecasts, and models to improve execution visibility. Drive continuous improvement, process optimization, automation opportunities, and operational efficiencies across workstreams. Facilitate technical discussions, align priorities, resolve blockers, and maintain effective communication with leadership and stakeholders. Act as a liaison across stakeholder teams to protect customer success and Oracle commitments. Minimum Qualifications 11 years of experience as a Program Manager leading large technical programs, development or implementation projects, or complex cross-functional programs from conception to delivery; or bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 7 years of such experience; or master's degree and 5 years; or doctorate and 3 years. Demonstrated technical leadership, cross-functional program leadership, roadmap management, prioritization, risk management, and stakeholder communication skills. Experience managing program scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, resourcing, reporting, and executive communications. Demonstrated ability to work across engineering and business teams to deliver complex technical outcomes. Preferred Qualifications 12 years of technical program management experience or equivalent advanced degree plus experience. 2 years of experience working with operating budgets and/or project financials. 8...
