Roles & Responsibilities: Lead detailed engineering and design execution for awarded Solar EPC (Ground Mount) projects. Review and approve layouts, SLDs, detailed drawings, and BOM/BOQ. Coordinate with Projects, Procurement, Construction, and Commissioning teams for seamless execution. Manage technical discussions, approvals, and design deliverables with clients and consultants. Optimize designs for cost, constructability, performance, and compliance. Review vendor drawings, technical submittals, and material specifications. Ensure timely engineering deliverables, design revisions, and documentation control. Mentor the design team and drive engineering excellence, standardization, and continuous improvement. Job Requirement Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering (Electrical or related disciplines) 12 - 15 years of experience in Post-Bid Design/Engineering for Utility-Scale and C&I Solar EPC projects. Solar PV detailed engineering & post-bid design. Proficiency in AutoCAD, PVsyst, ETAP, and MS Office. Strong knowledge of SLDs, plant layouts, electrical design, and SCADA. Familiarity with IEC, IS, CEA, and MNRE standards. Team leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Apply Now
