Accountabilities:
- Lead the discovery, definition, and delivery of complex internal products and platform capabilities across multiple business domains.
- Identify operational challenges, analyze root causes, and translate business needs into actionable product strategies and roadmaps.
- Build new products from the ground up while also improving and scaling existing systems to support long-term growth.
- Partner with engineering, design, operations, and business stakeholders to define priorities and influence technical decisions.
- Manage products holistically across backend services, data models, integrations, and user experiences.
- Drive alignment across teams by communicating product vision, managing dependencies, and addressing risks related to complex initiatives.
- Evaluate trade-offs between customer needs, technical constraints, business impact, and delivery timelines.
- Support the adoption of modern technologies, including AI-powered capabilities, to improve enterprise workflows and operational effectiveness.
- Own outcomes through strong product leadership, structured problem-solving, and continuous improvement.
- 7+ years of experience in product management, with experience supporting multiple product types or business domains.
- 3+ years of experience leading enterprise-scale platforms or internal tools.
- Proven track record of launching technical products from concept to delivery and evolving existing products for scale.
- Strong technical understanding of modern product and platform concepts, including APIs, integrations, backend services, data models, and user experiences.
- Experience managing products that support internal operations and customer-facing experiences.
- Ability to make informed architectural and technical trade-offs while collaborating effectively with engineering teams.
- Experience with AI-enabled products or enterprise AI implementation is highly valuable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to bring clarity to undefined challenges.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and align cross-functional teams.
- Adaptability, curiosity, resourcefulness, and a strong bias toward action in fast-paced environments.
- Competitive base salary range of $140,000 - $170,000 annually, with California-specific ranges available.
